Spring, JBoss, service-oriented architectures (SOA), RESTful Web Services, experience with DevOps and Agile (Scrum or similar) is a must. What skills/attributes are nice to have? Red Hat BPM suite experience, or Drools experience or similar experience working on rules engine.
