At least 8 years recent Oracle Applications/eBusiness suite experience with all or most of the following modules: PO, INV, WMS, OM, AP, GL, AR, Service Contracts, Field Service, Install Base, Project Accounting and Workflow. Java, XML, Concurrent Manager, R12 implementation and Discoverer experience a plus. Strong PL/SQL experience is a must. Demonstrated experience in the implementation of an integrated ERP system. Ability to evaluate business requests and recommend solutions leveraging existing eBusiness suite functionality or application extensions. Experience with interface APIs is a must. Ability to identify impact of development requests to other modules. Ability to create clear functional and technical design requirements based on business use cases to a level of detail that facilitates the rest of the technical team in developing new or enhanced functionality and configuration. Lead functional/technical walk-thrus with the objective to gain formal approval/sign-off from various stakeholders including business owners, technical engineers and quality assurance/system test. Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal). Experience working with both on and off-shore resources.
