Submission Deadline: 12/19/2020 12:00 PM EST Start Date: 1/1/2021 End Date: 12/31/2022 Client: Florida Department of Revenue (FDOR) Description: Scope of Work Required consultant experience provided by Contractor, shall include: • Minimum of 4 years experience working with Object Oriented Programming Languages (Java and or C#) • Minimum of 4 years experience working with XML • Minimum of 4 years experience working with SAP ABAP programming • Minimum of 4 years experience working with Oracle • Minimum of 1 years experience working with SQL Server • Minimum of 4 years experience developing large scale imaging systems including • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Experience: • Experience with the Florida Department of Revenues CAMS or SUNTAX project. • Experience with SAP CRM • Experience with SAP Business Warehouse • Experience with SAP ECC • Experience with HPUX • Experience with Windows • Experience with Web dynpro (Java) • Experience with WebUI • Experience developing web services • Experience developing remote function calls • Experience with SmartForms • Experience with Twain Drivers • Experience with ISIS Drivers • Experience with Software based barcode readers (Interleaved 2 of 5) • Experience with QueueManager Required Duties and Responsibilities of Consultant shall include but are not limited to: • The duties and obligations include providing development operations and maintenance support for FDORs CSE related systems, which include SAP CRM/BW Portal and soon to be ECC, imaging system as well as other Non-ABAP systems that need to be developed, supported or converted. • The detailed work to be provided by contractor requires development (programming), troubleshooting problems with the production system, responding to all user requests for information, improving performance of existing processes, supporting OSS note implementation and upgrades from SAP, ad-hoc requests for data, general support of insuring the applications data integrity, batch job performance, quality performance and adhering to efficient and mutually agreed methods of coding consistent with industry standards. • The CRM programming requires the use of ABAP coding, object oriented methods and classes, function modules, applying OSS notes from SAP for CRM, table creation and maintenance. • This position will be responsible for integrating the CSE SAP system with ancillary systems using DORs standard operating environment. This may involve the use of web services and remote function calls. • The position may require acting as a lead and directing other developers in this effort by providing documentation, job aids, knowledge transfers, learning sessions, one-on-one direction, presentations to team meetings and management.
