Willingness to develop new skills and learn new programming languages as needed Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge of Cloud technologies and experience with Big Data • Development with any AWS platform • Quality-focused development practices • Automation experience • Full stack application development is a plus • Desire and ability to work in an environment with test-driven development (TDD), CI/CD, and pair programming • Experience with Agile/Scrum • High interest in the field of cloud technology and a passion for learning, continuous improvement, and software craftsmanship • Utility industry experience is a plus specifically with outage management Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, or Associates Degree with 4-8 years IT Software Developer related experience or High School Diploma/GED with 6 years IT Software Developer experience. Experience: 4-8 years IT Software Developer experience (in addition to any experience identified above).
