This role will primarily focus on configurations, custom JavaScript and developing reports. Utilizing their experience, they will work with analysts and other developers to estimate level of effort for requested changes, solution and document application changes, establish processes, and implement best practices. The role requires the ability to troubleshoot configurations and customizations; the selected candidate will be proficient in working with the Accela vendor to open cases and see the case through to resolution. Qualifications/Required Skills: Minimum five years of current, professional IT development experience including the following Special Qualifications: Expert knowledge of Accela platform Minimum 3 years experience writing JavaScript Experience using various JavaScript debugging tools (ES5, specifically) Experience writing and debugging PL/SQL (Preferably Oracle, but other relational/ANSI SQL should be sufficient) Experience scripting events, batches, expression builder Preferred Skills: Knowledge of the Accela database schema or willingness to quickly learn Ability to generate simple and complex SQL queries from a specification document using PSQL (Oracle) syntax Experience creating custom database views Experience with data conversion Experience implementing Accela version 8.0   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
