Focus of this role with be to develop automate solutions that eliminate existing manual operational processes. The role will also include development of real-time dashboards that measure operational performance and provide intelligence for decisions, using a combination of COTS products and custom code. Responsibilities: Will lead our development of Actuate BIRT reporting/dashboard/analytic solution and drive design/standard. Develop and maintain appropriate operational tools, monitoring methods, and site metrics to provide meaningful operational metric reporting and trends using a combination of COTS products (BIRT, Domo, Splunk) and/or custom development; Develop methods for the delivery for the technology operations and systems functions to maintain system performance, stability, reliability, recoverability, and application execution; Develop and implement high degrees of automated processes in support of the delivery of Technology solutions and systems; Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning; Interact with Inovalon internal departments as both a technical and functional expert; Diagnose and process operational data requests; Design, code, test and debug business logic using T-SQL according to the defined technical specifications; Manage the extraction, transformation, and population of data files and databases (MS SQL Server, Excel, Access, Big Data); and Develop solutions to complex issues keeping in mind scope limitations and the impact of other integrated products; Develop and maintain an expert level of knowledge regarding products and services of Inovalon to achieve operational requirements. Qualifications: 5 years of experience with an extensive high proficiency with Actuate/BIRT-iHub Development. Need strong candidate with several years of experience with specific skills in use of Actuates iHub reporting tool set: BIRT Factory, Online for iServer, Interactive viewer of iS, 360 for iServer and Report Designer Professional products; 5 years of experience with HTML, JS, JQuery, Ajax, CSS; 5 years of experience with JAVA, J2EE based web applications; 5 years of experience with an extensive high proficiency with the Microsoft development platform, including T-SQL and .NET programming languages, and design patterns; Excellent analytical and QA skills; ability to take large sets of data and find anomalies and troubleshoot data issues to ensure data integrity; Strong understanding in researching data issues; Knowledge and experience in T-SQL, SQL, Server 2008/2012 and various instrumentation/service management and visualization platforms.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
