Work with development teams on architecting and developing large-scale performance testing projects, overseeing their implementation and remediating performance issues with the development team. Define, develop, execute performance/load tests and integrate them with automated test systems (web client/server). Analyze performance problems in complex Java applications and suggest remediation strategies. Assist in the development of application standards (coding, logging, performance) Required Experience of the Sr. Performance Test Engineer: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in perform Performance/Load testing Extensively worked on LR (Preferable Load Runner Version 12.53, which uses Data Format Extension [DFE]) Scripting Experience in Java or C. Knowledge of using HTTP/HTML Protocol Extensive knowledge in using Google Web Tool Kit [GWT] and Data Format Extension [DFE] Knowledge of the SAML Authentication is a plus. Experience in creation of the Scripts for E2E functionality for the application (Single flow with Huge Data) Knowledge or Worked on Creating the Scripts on Appian Applications by using the Load Runner is a plus. CMS Experience is preferred. Experience with writing scripts in Perl, Python, Ruby, JavaScript, VBScript, or a Linux/Unix/Windows shell scripting language Expert in analyzing performance test result and identify bottlenecks of web applications. Strong ability to analyze requirements and convert to detailed test cases (positive, negative, exceptions, etc…) Experience working on performance testing and engineering of large scale web applications. Hands-on experience with performance testing Java based applications.
