Having a UI/UX focus, this position will be key in helping our team evolve to take on the future of our applications This contractor will put together a plan for our custom applications user experience, develop a library of screen elements and a style guide. He/she will perform data analysis, design, development, testing and implementation for task assignments using key principles, tools and processes such as specializing in software and problem diagnosis and leading and planning technical software implementation processes. This role is expected to be 80% frontend development with with about 20% backend. This position will also require strong soft skills such as; creativity, productivity and performance focus, problem-solving skills and solution-oriented attitude, cross-functional teams clear communication, customer-oriented and a collaborative spirit, proactivity in automating processes, curious and a continuous hunger for learning new innovative ways developing applications, an analytical mind, creativity and an open-minded attitude.
