Which is a POS tool. The data management team handles all things with the products for the stores. Each Product has a SKU, Property, Price, and Tax associated with it. They get requests through a mailbox for the system to be set up in a specific Licencees store. Currently they are wanting to onboard 200 stores with the system. This person will handle those requests and help build out what is needed in Simphony. They want someone who has dealt with the Tax pieces involved in the POS. Ideally they will have experience with Simphony, but other systems like Aloha and Agilysys work as well. We are going to be looking for someone that has the following experience and currently dont care if they are in the Seattle market. No travel is needed and being onsite is not required at this time. This role is going to be very hands on with our Oracle application Simphony and working with data input (IP address, header and footers on receipts, data for menus, etc.) • Simphony experience preferred • SQL skills needed • Excel skills very experienced • Basic networking skills • Super detail oriented – working in multiple spreadsheets and ensure correctness of data management • Retail experience - back end & Front of house • Even minimal experience at Starbucks is preferred • Self-start • Self sufficient • Work independently • Ability to document processes • Jira/ Confluence experience • Slack Candidate must be our W2 Employee. In enhancing/supporting existing systems, an effective systems analyst contributes relevant technical, functional, and process knowledge to ensure a consistent user technology experience. Summary of Key Responsibilities: Solution Design • Gathers, analyzes, and documents solution requirements. • Utilizes LEAN techniques to develop business process designs and improve operations via process re-engineering efforts. • Supports solution design utilizing user-centric design techniques. • Effectively assesses improvement opportunities (productivity/efficiency gains, cost savings, etc.) • Utilizes agile delivery methodologies and participates on scrum teams in execution of solution delivery projects. • Considers overall user technology experience in thoughtfully designing engaging solutions. System Configuration & Testing • Performs application configuration (i.e. create attributes, workflows and UI changes) in support of solution delivery • initiatives. • Supports data conversion. Performs the extract, load, and validation of converted data. • Supports solution testing efforts by developing test plans, preparing test environments, performing test execution, and • validating test results. • Uses data queries to support validation of data conversion and test results. Production Support • Provides 24*7 global support of critical systems. • Drive system support, working trouble tickets and escalating to teammates according to priority and required expertise • queue, completing resolution within SLA. • Develops system proficiency and builds subject matter expertise through root cause analysis. • Coordinates issue resolution with vendors and/or cross-functional teams.
