Schedule meetings with the business and technical teams. Produce process flow diagrams, epics, stories, acceptance criteria, and help ensure the SDLC artifacts are uploaded into the system - Resource will be gathering business requirements to create a backlog for delivery using the agile methodology for IT Services in-store scheduling application. This is less about an actually project and more about - Another item that this person will likely be tasked with is helping bring screen repair in-house. They have not had this in store, and have created a partnership with Apple to have it covered if they are under Apple Care. In addition, there are many other aspects of bringing this in store. Essentially this person will be taking a blank slate. Creating a big picture of deliverable then break it down to the finer stories. -This person will have the backlog, and take a blank board with the business in the room and find out where they want to go. (Hence, Journey Mapping as a VERY nice to have) - This person needs to be savvy in regards to what the business needs vs. what is possible. Recent example) Business came in with ideas on what technologies to use, this person will need to say “thank you, but no thank you” and be able to respectfully pull out what the business is asking for, and leave the technical specs up the technical team. As the architect will have an understanding of what is truly possible. Preferred: Journey mapping experience Previous experience with IPT or QA Technology MUST Haves: Jira Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowePoint, Outlook) Visio Soft Skills: Communication skills, presentation skills, facilitation skills, conflict resolution skills and networking skills.
