This position is responsible for identifying, creating and enhancing market-leading solutions to meet Wells Fargo customers money movement needs. The Product Manager will drive initiatives from strategic business planning through implementation. Responsibilities: · Lead new product development and enhancement efforts from inception to implementation for the person-to-person transfers product. Balance strategic direction and broad scope while managing day-to-day tactical needs to deliver and manage projects. · Define and prioritize detailed business requirements covering customer experience, regulatory and policy compliance, risk management, metrics, customer service and operations areas, in collaboration with all stakeholders · Partner with business and system stakeholders to clarify business requirements, identify issues and impacts, articulate options and recommend solutions throughout the project lifecycle · Influence project prioritization and manage project scope in order to launch projects on time and to help MMS and WFVC meet their objectives · Lead communications with marketing and servicing partners to provide updates on product direction and changes · Team with product operations, servicing and development partners to resolve production incidents and support overall product operations · Track, prioritize and implement enhancement ideas and fixes · Produce and monitor key metrics and forecasts Required skills: · 5+ years of work experience in a product management role focused on software building · Expertise in the payments space, specifically consumer payments · Must have an understanding of the operational/risk side of a product (beyond the user experience) · Must be technical enough to work with data · Experience defining business requirements, working through development and deployment with a well-established process to deliver large projects.
