Act as first point of escalation Managed Service Provider Request for Project Services Template • Mobilize a productive working environment that drives collaboration between all business and technical teams • Participate in various design and prioritization workshops and leverage agile methodologies to reset sprint schedules into consumable pieces of work Jira Configurator • Define, develop and maintain project and workflows in Atlassian Jira • Configure and deploy servers and applications, develop plugins to extend Jira capabilities, create dashboards for Jira Connect add-ons • Support Jira dashboards that include client requirements, test outcomes, and defect tracking • Responsible for creating and managing Jira epics, features and user stories leveraging Agile methodology • Responsible for Atlassian Jira release management.
