As a member of the Product Development Agile Scrum team, the Business Analyst will collaborate closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to define and build new features and optimize existing features to drive traffic, revenue growth and profitability within a user experiences. The Business Analyst must be able to author clear user stories and requirements, participate in backlog grooming, release and sprint planning, and validate acceptance criteria and success metrics. The ideal candidate: • Experienced in digital product development • Experience with Agile Scrum teams and methods • Familiar with optimization tools such as Jira, Google Analytics • A team player with an ability to work collaboratively • A resourceful problem solver • Well organized, flexible and adaptable • Eager for knowledge and application Responsibilities: • Detail out the business requirements with Product owner and business stakeholders by creating high-quality user stories and requirements for use by the Development and Quality Assurance teams, • Work closely with Product Owners, coordinating product backlog grooming and story estimation • Assist in closing gaps for associated Stories in each Sprint • Detail out acceptance criteria for user stories & create business workflow documents for features when needed • Responsible for entering and updating Issues (Epics, Stories, and Tasks) onto JIRA Agile application • Involve the QA team to fix the defects tracked and integrate the final build to the production environment • Ensure that the delivered projects meet stakeholder expectations • Be available and coordinate with all team members including Project Management, Development, UX/Design, QA, • Assist Product Managers and Product Owners and other stakeholders with problem analysis and problem resolution. • In collaboration with Product Owners, review analytics results to ensure proper tracking is in place for all projects; analyze data, identify opportunities, and make recommendations to assist in business decision making or on-going monitoring of business issues   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
