Job Description : Leading Agile Transformation across the organization Responsible for executing Lean-Agile transformation across the Technology Organization and Enterprise for assigned agile coaching engagements and Digital initiatives. Works closely with cross-functional counterparts from a people, process, and tools perspective. Provide hands-on agile coaching, guidance, training, and support to all team members and levels within the organization or outside vendors who are involved in the development and support of high-quality software based products and services using agile methods, frameworks, and related tools. Coach the organziation and external suppliers towards the creation of high-performing and collaborative teams that increase capabilities in the practice of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), extreme programming (XP), and DevOps practices like test-driven-development (TDD), pair programming, code-refactoring, automated test frameworks, automated tests, continuous integration (CI), and continuous delivery (CD). Promote an environment and culture of servant-leaders, continuous improvement, experimentation, innovation, and customer focus. ¦ Act as a trusted advisor and guide to the organization and agile teams through-out their Lean-Agile transformation, particularly in agile mindsets, practices, and tools. ¦ Manage the transition of delivery teams from Waterfall to the Lean-Agile. Coach and train organizations, leaders, teams, vendors, and individuals on agile project management frameworks and practices as applicable (SAFe®, SCRUM, Kanban, DevOps, related Tooling, etc). ¦ Mentor and pair with individuals and organizations on becoming true Lean-Agile practitioners and developing lasting capabilities. Coach and mentor more junior members on improving their overall their overall delivery process and outcomes. ¦ Take accountability for defining, planning, orchestrating, and delivering agile transformational initiatives often involving multiple internal and external constituents and matrix partners. ¦ Maintain and communicate the overall status for assigned agile coaching engagements. ¦ Provide feedback and ideas to Synovus operations and leadership on opportunities for improving our organization ¦ Work with Technology leaders to deconstruct issues, develop solutions, assign accountability, and follow through to conclusion. ¦ Bring ideas and structure to problems using experience. ¦ Provide thought leadership by translating strategic priorities into tangible goals for the team, identifying the right team structure and solving escalated issues as they occur. ¦ Independently frame issues, develop recommendations, and advocate for decisions in a fact-based manner in presentations to senior leadership teams. ¦ Coach leaders and functional teams on new ways of doing business and influence them for a sustainable shift in behaviors and mindsets. ¦ Rigorously manage scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed on time, cost, and quality parameters. ¦ Serve as a subject matter expert in routinely briefing key stakeholders; represent the organization in various project governance and inter-department forums and publish periodic project status reports.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
