The clients Ops center has several automation initiatives to support infrastructure automation for Environment provisioning. The client is looking for two candidates capable to work from day one to serve as automation engineers and Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) able to analyze, develop and implement automation and Scripts for midrange platforms. Tasks: Develop and implement automation and Scripts using Jython, Python and Korn scripting. Provide daily technical support for the Infrastructure automation. Analyze and recommend improvements to support Infrastructure automation initiative. Provide Production Environment and Infrastructure support for the Project. Create all necessary documents and communicate to the team in support of the project. Provide pre and post implementation support for Test and Production environments. Conduct training and knowledge transfer on new environments with FTEs. Competencies: 1. The internal drive, intellectual curiosity, ability to learn, and desire to help the customers succeed 2. Strong technical skills 3. Comfortable working under Project Manager supervision 4. Ability to work proactively Specific Required Skills: 1. Infrastructure engineer with a minimum of 8 years experience with: a. Strong Scripting and Automation experience with Experience using Jython, Python and Korn. b. Experience building robust test environments c. Environment Infrastructure Build and Automation d. Scripting and Automation experience 2.
