For each of the services identified below, the Supplier should be available for weekly status updates by phone, and as needed for requests or clarification related to the SOW. Each service will require either a telephone conference or in-person meeting with the relevant personnel for the project, a meeting to demonstrate a mockup of the change, and user acceptance testing. Post-implementation support will consist of communications concerning any bugs and fixes that are needed once the application is in production.
