The contractor agrees and understands that the terms and conditions specified in the IT Consulting Services – Qualified Provider List statewide contract apply to this PAQ, except where a term or condition in this PAQ is more restrictive than that in the IT Consulting Services – Qualified Provider List statewide contract, in which case the PAQ term will govern PROJECT GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: The goal of this PAQ is to have an interface developed that will work with the existing KoFax and Oracle imaging systems and the new RESTORE application written in .NET that will be going live June 20th, 2014. PROJECT APPROACH AND SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractors PAQ Response should include a Project Overview, Resources, Approach/Methodology, Change Control Plan, Issue Tracking Plan, Assumptions and Quality Assurance Plan. The Contractor must provide a detailed description and firm, fixed price for each deliverable. The description must specify the tasks to be completed for each deliverable and the time frames in which the tasks will be completed. The Contractor should provide a work breakdown structure or project plan. Conduct requirements-gathering session to determine the information to be pulled from the RESTORE database to populate index values for documents to be stored in an Oracle I/PM file cabinet Create design document showing the index values for a new Oracle I/PM file cabinet, the data to be pulled from the RESTORE database, and the batch class(es) to be created in Kofax Capture Create definition for a new Oracle I/PM file cabinet with newly-identified index values Create a SQL Server migration script to migrate existing document information from the existing Oracle I/PM file cabinet to the new Oracle I/PM file cabinet Create a batch class within Kofax Capture to scan, index, and release documents into a new Oracle I/PM file cabinet Construct an integration layer component to retrieve data from the RESTORE database and present it to the Kofax Capture validation/indexing module Construct a Kofax Capture validation script to call the integration layer component from within the Kofax Capture validation/indexing module Install and configure batch class and integration layer component on Kofax Capture workstation Deploy new file cabinet and saved search definitions to production environment and assign permissions Run migration script to move document information from old file cabinet to new file cabinet Perform training to scan/index operator on use of new batch class Deactivate old batch class in Kofax Capture REQUIRED SKILLS: *KOFAX *Oracle *Kofax Capture *SQL Server *Oracle IPM   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
