eGain Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Deploy eGain Multi-Channel Customer Contact CRM application as part of strategy
• Review technical feasibility and architect-ed solution for the requirement on Chat and Offer channels for Sales, Default and various other business units
• Develop Analytics reports to measure Operational and Sales Funnel KPIs
• Support the design of the data capture, governance and reporting of the new channel data in the Enterprise Data Warehouse and Data Marts framework
