Job Description : Position Purpose: The Business Intelligence Analyst role is responsible for providing data analysis by gathering and interpreting escalation data to allow the team to make informed decisions. The role is part of a team that is focused on transforming data into insights, everything from agent metrics to operational escalation support data KPIs. This position is accountable to analyze data patterns and measure the health of the escalation team, and ensure the integrity and accuracy of the teams various reporting assets. In addition, this individual will be expected to proactively develop strong relationships across the organization both internally within GES by working collaboratively with team leads, and FTEs, and externally with the CSS analytics team and other BI stakeholders. Major Responsibilities and Expectations: Collecting and producing daily BI reports using diverse data sources including custom manipulation, processing, and using custom SQL Queries, Power Query, DAX, Excel, & Power Pivot Rhythm of The Business Reporting to monitor and communicate the operational health of the team including monthly business reviews, weekly agent scorecards, daily CPE and SLAs. Working with large data sets, performing statistical analyses, data visualization, data mining, and data cleansing / transformation Communicating analytical results in Power BI and other self-serve visual forms that resonate with business collaborators, highlighting actionable insights and improvement opportunities Performing ad-hoc analysis on large subsets of raw data Ideal Candidate Abilities: Strong attention to detail Ability to learn new tools & reporting architectures quickly High Quality, Productivity, and Culture Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation and business trend reporting Ability to facilitate continual improvement of program processes, reporting, logic and tools Maintain deep-level knowledge of program tools and reporting and ability to communicate functions and team charter to outside parties Ability to take very direct feedback from all levels of the business Ability to stay motivated and focused while performing a repetitive task Ability to initiate, drive, track progress, report out and evangelize semi-long-term projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other Microsoft Database tools   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
