Job Description Position Description Consultant will be responsible for enhancing, through knowledge transfer, the skillset of the company HR Operations team that is responsible for System Administration and Reporting tasks for the companys IBM Kenexa Talent Suite application (both BrassRing and Onboarding). The primary purpose of this role is to partner with the HR Operations team to teach best practices for implementing application changes, fixes, enhancements and support of the IBM Kenexa Talent Suite application. Skills Required Able to effectively communicate with various organization levels, from staff members to executives. Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills. Able to examine complex information in order to identify key elements, strengths and weaknesses to use to create a persuasive argument, make recommendations or solve a problem. Ensure system administration processes "learned" during the consulting period are documented. Skills Preferred Experience Required Expert knowledge about using BrassRing Workbench to configure IBM Kenexa Talent Suite: - User Administration - Role Definitions - HR Status Administration - Requisition Forms - Candidate Forms - Field Associations - Responsive Talent Gateways - Gateway Questionnaires - Gateway Questionnaire Widgets - Integrations using the BrassRing Mapping Tool - RAM Triggers Expert knowledge about configuring features in the Kenexa Onboarding Tool: - Activities - Workflows Expert knowledge about configuring advanced features in IBM Kenexa Talent Suite: - Communications Templates - Creating Document Packet Templates - Creating Data Insight Tool Templates Experience Preferred Education Required 5+ years experience supporting IBM Kenexa Talent Suite as a System Administrator. 5+ years hands-on experience using Kenexa BrassRing Workbench. 5+ years hands-on experience using Kenexa Onboarding Tool. Kenexa BrassRing Workbench Certified. Technical aptitude and strong attention to details. Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. Education Preferred Additional Information The incumbent will have access to sensitive employee data and will be required to maintain confidentiality. This is an opening for a configuration analyst to work on our Kenexa BrassRing Applicant Tracking Software. It is a SaaS tool - This is something that only needs configuration not developments - this requires technical configuration (very technical config) Cert - Work Bench Cert for IBM BrassRing This contractor will ideally be certified in IBM BrassRing or prior EXP as a product vendor or Client. If necessary they can have the resource take the training and get certified.
