Ensures accurate time and attendance, absence management and scheduling support for our retail business. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provides assistance with administration for the companys Kronos Workforce Management system. • Assists administration team with time keeping and absence management support. • Supports Labor Scheduling functionality. • Works closely with the Payroll team to ensure timely payroll corrections. • Responsible for making Kronos basic configuration changes when necessary. • Runs regular and ad hoc reports to monitor and audit timekeeping entries and edits. EDUCATION: • High School Diploma or GED. EXPERIENCE: • Kronos administration experience strongly preferred. • Detailed oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills. Specific Skills Needed: Must have prior time & attendance experience (Kronos preferred) and able to deal with confidential information, ability to multitask, attention to detail in fast paced environment.
