Responsibilities: - Work closely with TMO Cisco/Avaya Architects, Contact Center PMs, and Business Analysts to nail up migration designs/plans. - Ability to explain migration designs and plans to affected Business Partners. Seek approval/acceptance. - Coordinate technical discussions with TMO Architects/Engineers to develop design specifications including Avaya/Cisco Trunking solution, Dial Plan, HW/SW Sizing, Call Routing/Translation, 911/E911, and other relevant topics. - Develop migration plans including approach, recommended options, and timelines. - Liaise with Contact Center Drop Manager/Project Managers on timelines, tasks, and milestones. - Address, escalate, and help resolve issues and risks. Required Skills: - Good overall understanding of Ciscos UC (UCM/CUC/Infrastructure) and UCCE (ICM/CVP) Technologies and Products. - Good overall understanding of Avaya PBX/ACD Systems and Telecom Services. - Strong understanding of data and voice networking concepts and services (i.e., Voice Signaling/Legs, WANs/LANs, Dial Plan, Trunking, Network Capacity, Telecom, Capacity Planning, etc.) Knowledge of UC/UCC Migrations from TDM to IP-based Solutions. - Self-starter, results-oriented, and can-do traits. - Strong verbal and written communications."   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
