Job Responsibilities: Administration/Monitoring/Optimize Active Directory, Exchange 2010/2013 (on prem and cloud), Skype for Business (on prem and cloud), GPOs, Office 365, Windows 2008 - 2016 Server architecture, DFS, LDAP, SNMP, DNS and DHCP Administer/Maintain Server virtualization environment across a global scale organization (VMWare) Manage system licensing through Microsoft licensing tools Manage Mobile networking Manage systems using PowerShell scripting Ability to deliver Security Patch management via ITIL methods Manage system security and virus protection Develop/Maintain standard desktop configuration globally Develop and manage Starters and Leavers process Identity management Understanding of MFA and how it interacts with Azure Maintain print services globally Develop/Maintain data backup process and procedures globally Assist with business continuity planning and testing Maintain/manage Citrix version 4-7 environments Exposure to SAN ability to deliver projected growth reports and system utilization graphs (Nimble and EMC) Champion and comply with all change management policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Job Knowledge Requirements: Bachelors / Post-Secondary degree in Computer Science, Systems Management or a related subject Excellent communication skills required and capable to work well in a diverse global team environment Extensive experience administering Microsoft Windows Server 2003-2016 environments Substantial experience administering large-scale Microsoft Windows Server 2003-2016 estate Expert understanding of Microsoft Windows Server OS, Active Directory, DFS, LDAP, SNMP, DNS, DHCP and GPOs Expert understanding of on prem and cloud for Exchange and Skype for Business Expert in use of PowerShell to manage systems Expert knowledge of reporting systems for Microsoft products Knowledge of reporting systems for VMware and Citrix Expert Knowledge of industriy standard systems security and virus protection tools Expert knowledge of backup systems for Microsoft products and data shares Knowledge of Microsoft Systems Center suite of products (primarily SCCM and SCOM) Knowledge of Microsoft PAW and PIM Knowledge of VMware version 5-6.5 environments (minimum: multi-domain, 500+ servers, 2000+ user base) Ability to mentor junior team members Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Network+ and Security+ certifications are a plus Physical Job requirements: Could stand or sit for long periods of time Ability to lift 50 lbs.
