Job Description Consultant: UNIX Server Administration, VMWare, LDAP, banner

Description :
Client is seeking to fill a short term (approx. 3 month) contractor assignment to provide IT Operations Support Services in the area as UNIX/LINUX Systems Specialist. This position will be responsible for the operations and support of UNC Charlottes Solaris UNIX Server, Solaris/SUN Cluster environment and will contribute to LINUX system administration.

Required Skills :
* Minimum of seven (7) years of Solaris UNIX server administration
* VMware experience
* Knowledge of certificate management, LDAP and proxy services
* Banner experience

Desired Skills :
* Minimum of five (5) years of SUN Cluster administration in an Oracle Database environment
* Minimum of five (5) years of Linux server administration
* Certified - Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5/6
