Job Description Engineer: LDAP, WebSphere Security, ZOS OS Environment,

[Note: Start Date : 02/01/2012
End Date : 02/01/2013]

Description:

* Web Engineer configures and supports the Web service & Application server environments for development, Q/A, model, production, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities:

* Responsibilities include administration and configuration for the deployment of home grown application code as well as 3rd party middleware program products.
* Individual will perform the installation and administration of various middleware technologies including IBM MQ 6.x, WebSphere 6.x and 7.x, WPS 6.x and 7.x, along with HIS and IWS.
* Experienced with the installation, configuration and customization of the IBM Process Server program product.
* Knowledge and experience with the various security components such as websphere security, LDAP and other third party security products.
* Provides the SSL certificate management and performance monitoring of the respective environment.
* Responsibilities also include working with the application teams and supporting vendors to engineer solutions that are supportable and maintainable.
* The engineering of solutions also includes working with the appropriate application team to determine the infrastructure requirements to meet the business objective.
* Individual must have experience in supporting a 7x24 production environment.
* Also needs a solid understanding of the development lifecycle, process control points to enable separation of duty, application integrity and ability to be compliant with the proper controls.
* Be very familiar with the following OS platforms such as Z/OS, Z/Linux, Linux, AIX, Solaris and Windows.
* Datapower admin experience desired.
