Participate in business user and stakeholder meetings for requirement gathering sessions. This will include but is not limited to the Forensic Investigation Center, Division of Criminal Justice Services, State Police & several areas within the Office of Information Technology Services (security, networking, workstation, architecture and database). Develop, write, and maintain a comprehensive requirements document and assist with use case development when required. All documents will be done according to ITS standards. Analyze, design, develop and document technical solutions utilizing Crystal Reports and Oracle/SQL queries. This will include but not limited to creating report designs, data mapping documents and configuration changes. Participate in the development and updating of Test cases/scripts Execute tests and record results. This will also include recording and tracking of defects. Interact with ITS staff, Forensic Lab staff and the LIMS vendor as necessary to determine and implement functional and technical requirements Participate in status meetings and provide monthly reports. Provide knowledge transfer to state staff in order to implement and support technical solutions. Work closely with the project manager and functional manager to ensure timely deliverables. Qualifications: 60 months Crystal Reports development experience based on complex queries (using multiple data sources and defining relationships between different pieces of data) and results. 60 months experience supporting user applications and working with clients to identify system issues and improvements for functionality 24 Months experience working with a Lab Information Management System 60 months experience in obtaining and writing business, user and functional requirements, use cases, creating mock reports and workflows 60 Months experience working with an Oracle Relational Databases. 60 months system design experience 24 Months experience using Test Management tools such as ALM/Quality Center.
