Job Description :

Title: Sr. Business Analyst

Location: Minnetonka, MN

Description:

Specific Duties:
1. Prepare for implementation of new Learning Management System (SAP - Litmos)
2 Quickly learn system dependencies for LMS and other Broker tools.
3. Execute and support transition to Atlassian Cloud for Sales Leader portal
4. Move 60k+ agents from PeopleSoft LMS to SAP Litmos
5. Provide training and communication on the new tool
6. End to end business process activities (creating, controlling and improving business processes related to LMS)

Must have qualifications/experience:
1. Experience with Litmos or similar Learning Management System
2. Experience with Atlassian Cloud

• Confidently communicate potential impacts and risks associated with implementing proposed solutions to business partners and relevant stakeholders
• Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
• Adapt proposed solution to new and/or unanticipated requirements and/or information

• Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems

• Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others

• Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., senior leadership; end users) to gain support and buy-in for proposed business process solutions

Shift Start/End Time: Flexible 9-5

Dress Code: Business casual

Gather and organize information on problems or procedures. Analyze data gathered and potential solutions Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures. Develop and implement records management program for filing, protection, and retrieval of records, and assure compliance with program. Review and confer with management and users about format, distribution, and purpose, and to identify problems and improvements. Interview personnel and conduct on-site observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed, and methods, equipment, and personnel used. Document findings and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes. Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes
