Analyze root cause issue, problem solve and provide key recommendations for process improvements Work across a matrix environment to engage appropriate internal and external partners to assure successful analysis, option determination and tactical execution Effectively engage and partner with cross-functional teams to create and deliver solutions Ability to gain acceptance for ideas, plans, actions and then implement flawlessly across organizational boundaries.
