Description:
Recognized as an expert and visionary in providing strategic business solutions to enterprise-wide technology initiatives. Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of the most complex, strategic, corporate-wide business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Applies knowledge of industry trends and technology to drive organizational change and position Wells Fargo for the future. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Participates in transforming strategic enterprise architecture and design principles into specific system requirements and specifications. Recommends and initiates systems testing. Acts as the highest-level internal consultant within technology and business groups by re-engineering technical processes for greater efficiencies with significant impact to the business. Directs and serves as a mentor to less experienced staff.: 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis and/or design. In this role you will be asked to:

· Assist with coding as specified by the FSD.

· Assist with new interface/partnerships.

· Implement new ALM process requiring significant new process for this application – SDLC Tracker, Code scans, upload scans into Threadfix, Scan libraries using Black Duck tool, remediate vulnerabilities based on Bug Bar guidelines, Peer Code Review Template, SD Elements review

Required technical skills/experience:

7+ years strong hands-on development experience including creating REST / SOAP web services using Java and C# .NET. 5+ years
5+ years experience translating requirements from business partners into solutions; create technical designs/code.
2+ years experience with one or both Operating Systems listed below and its scripting languages-2+ year(s):
Windows
Linux / Unix
Must be highly experienced in both a compiled language and an interpreted language.
3+ years Experience with at least one of the following DB platforms: MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL, Sybase, DB2
2+ years Experience with SDLC process and tools (TFSGit, Artifactory, Jenkins, uDeploy)
Advanced problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities in multiple environments.
Ability to work effectively under aggressive timelines
Must have excellent written and communication skills.
Must be a self-starter and demonstrate “doer” attitude to coding, refactoring and test driven development.

Skills that would be a Plus:

2+ years Experience with PowerShell
Familiarity with C
Some exposure to OpenSource projects
Experience with security applications, systems and Cryptography concepts.
Operating system concepts and scripting capabilities with AIX, Mainframe-Z Systems experience.
