The description must specify the tasks to be completed for each deliverable and the time frames in which the tasks will be completed. The Offeror shall provide a work breakdown structure or project plan. The Offeror must also state when status reports will be provided and what will be included in those reports. Background The work covered by this PAQ is to provide for monitoring, maintaining, trouble shooting, and repairing key middleware applications to ensure that the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) infrastructure operates efficiently and provides the highest degree of availability on a 24 hours per day, 7 day a week basis. Key MoDOT applications such as the Transportation Management System (TMS) and Motor Carrier Express (MCE), Federal Aid systems and Disaster Recovery (DR) infrastructure are dependent upon middleware system administration and support with underlying key MoDOT applications and middleware infrastructure requirements. Middleware Software Administration is necessary for a successful middleware infrastructure. Expert knowledge of the software on which the application resides is required. Minimum skillsets required: Staff assigned to this PAQ must possess 7+ years system administrative experience in the following: o WebSphere Application Server o System Admin experience on Linux in a clustered environment o WebSphere Portal System Admin experience on Linux o WebSphere MQ Admin experience on Linux o Tivoli Access Manager System Admin experience o IBM and or Apache HTTP Server Admin experience o LDAP System Admin experience on Linux Staff assigned must also possess 5+ years of experience and a current working knowledge of the following: o Key transportation industry knowledge o Experience with the MCE system o Advanced knowledge of LINUX and strong familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server operating systems is required Objectives Monitor middleware applications to ensure that MoDOT infrastructure as it relates to key systems (MCE, TMS, Federal Aid) is operating efficiently and in a secure manner at all times. Identify and fix all problems that arise in the daily operation of the MoDOT infrastructure.
