You will be responsible for defining and implementing our containerization technology strategies. You will also implement our existing architecture goal and define our roadmap of how to get to the goal. You will work on building, scaling, and monitoring various distributed applications of ours, and making our container orchestration cluster highly available. You must be an expert in Docker EE and containerization technologies. You must have knowledge about container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and logging/monitoring tools for these orchestration tools. You will also be responsible for building and improving our application CI/CD pipelines and keeping yourself and the team up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Responsibilities Automate deployment of Docker stacks Implement and improve monitoring and alerting. Build and maintain highly available systems on Docker EE. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines. Implement an auto-scaling system for our Docker EE nodes. Implement a disaster recovery strategy Research and implement best of breed solution for Docker EE secrets Skills and Qualifications: Operations or systems administration experience, particularly on Linux (RHEL). At least five years of experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and/or cloud deployment technologies Experience with container networking on Docker. Experience with application deployment using CI/CD (Jenkins/Hudson). Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc. Experience with alerting tools like OpsGenie, PagerDuty, etc. Experience with DTR Experience with Shell scripting   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
