Job Description Developer: Linux, SQL, Mainframe,

Explanation for Position:

The candidate will be a member of the UPS Strategic Visibility team. The position
entails designing, implementing and testing application prototypes used to define the
methodology, metrics and estimation model used for the Visibility Platform build
phase.

Details of Position:

The successful candidate will be proficient in developing/implementing Java based
components and applications executing on Linux platforms. The candidate will also
have experience with Relational Databases, SQL, MQ and interfacing with Mainframe
applications. Must have experience with OO design and implementation. Must
possess excellent English oral and written communication skills.

Management Skills:

Bachelor degree Computer Science or related discipline with 5-8+ years of technical
experience in application programming and development
