Security Administrator delivers and enforces technical directives ? as led by the Manager of Linux Applications Operations. ? ; Their areas of focus are maintaining production support se? rvice level agreements, customer service, issue escalation and? documentation. It is expected that an Enterprise Se? curity Administrator will continue the pursuit of technical expe? rtise in the areas pertinent to enterprise single-signon Admin? istration while remaining cognizant of vendor best practices and? future product development within the industry. SEI%2? 6rsquo;s current vendors for Enterprise SSO and IDM are Ping? and Forgerock, respectively. Primary Respon? sibilities (Reliant on Business Need) Job Functions & Standard Expectations Assist in? the implementation/maintenance of SEI best practices for Ping? Access/Federate and Forgerock IDM as directed by Manager of? Linux Applications Administration. Act as technical resource on m? edium to large Ping integration efforts with oversight from Se? nior Level+ Ping Administrators and/or Manager of Linux Admi? nistration. ? Participate in implementing vendor-delivered updates/upgra? des by employing vendor best practices and architecture. Perform r? oot cause analysis on system issues/outages. ? Maintain configuration%?20and automation required for building production, QA and deve? lopment environments. Ensure and maintain quality of non-produ? ction environments. %0? D Participate in regularly scheduled on-call and%2? 0migration rotations. ? Actively create/update documentation pertaining ? to Ping/Forgerock Administration duties and ongoing issues.<%2? Fp> Required Qualifications 3-5 years Systems Administrat? ion and/or Experience with enterprise Single Sign-on Applicati? ons Additional required c? ompetencies/skills: Experience in working with single sign-on and federation pr? otocols like SAML. Good understanding of ? access management, federated identity, 2-factor solutions, a? nd LDAP directories. Good hands-on experi? ence in PingFederate, PingAccess and/or similar SSO solution%2? 0a plus. Experience in installing and mai? ntaining the PingFederate/PingAccess across different environments%2?
