Large enterprise experience Networking knowledge Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: Will be required to work 2 weeks of 24/7 on call duty pager support. Will be rotating with 6 other engineers. Will adjust hours to only work 40 when on call. There are currently 5 engineers on the team supporting 2 factor authentication for the whole bank (enterprise, wholesale, etc). They are doing a tech refresh and are behind on the regular operations of the team. Would like to bring on resources for a small team within a team. Will be working with engineers to roll out next version of agent in windows and installing on lab server. Once this has downloaded they will be working with other team that helps write the scripts. They will need to read and understand power scripts. Will be working in the testing environment to work with team on the packages to test and resolve problem tickets that are coming through, while provide ongoing support. Will also be behind the scenes making sure all sites and documents are updated. Responsibilities: Agent Engineer (ISE4) – hiring two people for this position 3+ years experience with agent deployments (all the various RSA agents but primarily Windows and Web) Testing and packaging of agents using various deployment methods/tools. Deployment tracking and documentation Agent support and problem ticket resolution (experience with ticketing support tools) Reading/understanding of PowerShell scripts. 3+ years experience with Windows OS server support/administration and RSA Auth Manager 8.x support. Linux knowledge TCP\IP, DNS and basic network knowledge Familiar with end user support, token assignments and reviewing log files Experience working with RSA vendor - updates to EOPS page to match internal site of supported agents.
