This newly created role will report to the Risk and Regulatory Data Analytics Lead within the Report Mapping and Issue Identification team in the Data Management and Insights (DMI) organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with line of business partners to develop, socialize, measure, and maintain the report elements for all the in-scope reports and analyze reporting issues to ensure report impacts are appropriately captured. Preferred locations are San Francisco, Charlotte, or Minneapolis. Key Responsibilities Include: Working closely with the Report Owners and key SMEs to analyze high risk reports Review report instructions and processes and identify any potential errors. Perform historical trend analysis on risk and regulatory reports Review the application of GL mapping and adjustments for alignment to reporting instructions Review key logic for the sourcing, classification, and/or transformation of reportable balances and help identify any errors Perform profiling of data elements leveraged in sourcing logic to aggregate reporting data Review outstanding issues and tag potential additional reports based on overlap (connecting-the-dots) Interface with technology and EDG teams on a regular basis to ensure any required enhancements are carried out in a timely fashion Work closely with the documentation team, fit for purpose team, and data remediation team on interdependencies Provide status updates and other key metrics to the leadership & other key stakeholders Maintain effective communication channels with various stakeholder groups and assist in answering queries and providing relevant information Develop training material and provide training and overview to stakeholders and team members as needed May manage 2-4 resources Divisional Information Data Management and Insights (DMI) is transforming the way that Wells Fargo uses and manages data.
