DCGs Digital Sales & Service (DSS) Product Management team is looking for a strong candidate to serve as product manager in the Digital Products Sales and Service team. This is an excellent opportunity to impact the business and customer experience by championing initiatives and driving improvements to the Digital Tools Program across the online and mobile channels. A successful candidate will bring the experience to address the many facets of the role, spanning from product management, strategy, analysis, and relationship management. You will work with other product managers, project managers, line of business representatives, and other members of the Product Management team to develop and implement recommendations to meet the Digital Sales & Service (DSS) teams strategic objectives. Successful candidates will have the following: Ability to effectively represent the digital platforms products and perspective, especially for mobile Ability to advocate for the end-to-end customer experience Creative thinking coupled with well-defined analytical and inference skills to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders Ability to handle several projects at once by managing time and prioritizing effectively to meet time lines Ability to conform to established product management and strategic frameworks Basic & Minimum Qualifications 5+ years product management or development experience Strong facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements to achieve alignment amongst diverse, differing, competing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and taking ideas from concept to launch Proven success working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities while managing tactical and strategic deliverables Experience working in a regulated industry (financial services, energy, healthcare) and in particular partnering with legal and compliance team members to ensure our customer experiences are aligned with regulatory requirements Preferred Skills / Background Product management and development for experiences a variety of digital channels including on mobile devices Experience in managing or supporting digital tools Financial services experience, and in particular working with small business customers MBA   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
