Organization Design & Workforce Staffing Data Analyst Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Development of data models and analysis tools • Analysis and benchmarking of project organization staffing • Management of PRC Workforce Management tool o Initial data setup of MCPs in tool o Process and tool training support for new users o Data maintenance & data quality checks o Report generation o Monitor tool quality performance and identify improvements o Support development and deployment of additional tool features and functionality o Coordinate fixes with operation support in Manilla • Maintains Workforce Management SharePoint site • Development and administration of surveys using Qualtrics Required Qualifications • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint • Advanced skills in data analysis, profiling and conceptual modeling • Understanding of data structure; identify risk opportunities of potential logic and data issues within data environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience in creation of visualizations and dashboards Preferred • Experience in workforce staffing and costs analysis • Experience with Qualtrics Survey software • Experience with Spotfire or PowerBI Interview Process: • In Person Interview with Manager   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
