MDM AirWatch Console Troubleshooting Specialist (Jobs in Atlanta, GA)   Requirement id 60429 Job title Specialist Job location in Atlanta, GA Skills required Wireless Support Specialist, MDM, IOS FAQ’S, AirWatch Console Troubleshooting Open Date 19-Apr-2017 Close Date Job type Not specified Duration 12 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type ---    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Specialist: Wireless Support Specialist, MDM, IOS FAQ’S, AirWatch Console Troubleshooting Start date : 04/28/2017 End date : 04/28/2018 Deadline : 04/28/2017 Client : DBHDD Description : Wireless Support Specialist • Responsible for technical support and troubleshooting all wireless devices (iPads, iPhones and Hotspots) • Troubleshoot hardware, service problems as needed for wireless devices • Order wireless devices for DBHDD staff • Resolve customer wireless device issues and questions via phone and e-mail • Assist in creating policies in AirWatch for mobile device management • Assist with user profile set up for all wireless devices in AirWatch console based on site location and organization level • Provide basic to highly complex technical support to resolve wireless carrier activation/set up, configuration and usability questions for end users • Asset inventory: tracking and reporting in the AirWatch console • Assist with monitoring the MDM console and make necessary modifications as needed • Prep iPhones & iPads and distribute to end users • Assist with creating MDM user guide and help tools for all wireless device users • Coordinate with Office of Learning Development Team with posting iOS FAQs • Responsible for technical assistance and set up for boardroom meetings • Responsible for monitoring Audio/Video systems and ensure the equipment is operating properly • Responsible for contacting customers that require audio/video support and discuss their technical support needs • Responsible for requested meeting recordings and provide media to the customer within 24 hours • Work with audio/video vendors regarding service and audio video equipment • Assist with implementation and provide technical support for copier document solutions • Assist with mobile device deployment • Assist in monitoring the wireless support mailbox as needed • Resolve customer issues and concerns via phone and e-mail • Assist with end user training sessions for audio video and mobile device management • Assist with providing requested media recordings to the customer within 24 hours • Other duties as assigned   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
