Three years of experience working on large electronic data processing projects including the analysis, design, development, and implementation of complex modifications in relation to security. Three years of experience validating complex systems changes by analyzing functional and technical design documentation in relation to security. Three years of experience working with HIPAA, and federal and state security compliance. Three years of experience demonstrating the ability to independently research and propose alternative security solutions, evaluate alternative security solutions, and recommend an optimal security solution. Three years of experience demonstrating knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of security oversight and regulatory agencies. Ability to work with staff from all levels of state government as well as software/hardware vendors, contractors/subcontractors, and consultants.
