Required Skills: 5 plus years of application development experience (examples: C/C++, C#, ASP.Net, Unix, HPUX, AIX, Linux, Solaris, PL/SQL, Oracle) 5 plus years of technical leadership experience working with an implementation team of application developers. 8 years of experience of designing, architecting, engineering and delivering implementations of medium to large applications. Provide business expertise for the development and implementation of MMIS systems (Medicaid Management Information System) Solid understanding of the System Development Life-Cycle (SDLC). Advanced understanding of RDBMS databases such SQL Server and Oracle. Advanced understanding of modern software design and development methodologies (e.g., OO). Experience on multiple full release project life cycles. Advanced understanding of modern SCM (software configuration management). Advanced understanding of testing tools and unit test and integration test scripting, and testing methodologies. Advanced experience using an Integrated Development Environment (e.g., Eclipse, Visual Studio) and development of tool add-ins. Strong understanding of basic Database Administration.
