Facilitate meeting discussions between business users, business analysts and technical analysts. Document organizational policies and procedures in the context of system requirements. Work with technical staff and business users to problem-solve and identify workable solutions. Develop workflows that demonstrate current and proposed business requirements. Prioritize the individual work load that involves multiple project assignments and deadlines. Create and execute test cases, test scripts, data sets and user procedures. Ensure testing results correspond to Business and Functional Requirements. Work with team leads, technical staff and key users to identify, track and manage project issues as they arise. Answer questions and inquiries about system functionality. Provide user support, including training, help and instructions. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or 4 years experience in business process re-engineering as a Business Systems Senior Analyst. Two years experience (current within the last year) in an operational role at a Medicaid or Medicare agency or Health Insurance company. Experience with HIPAA Transactions and Code Set Rule is required. Experience working with business clients and technical staff to develop business requirements for computer application modifications. Experience writing General System Design and Business Requirements Documents. Proficiency in speaking and writing in the English language is required. Experience working independently within guidelines, developing and executing test scripts, test cases, data sets and user procedures. Experience level with Microsoft Word and Excel must be at an intermediate level or higher. Experience with MMIS Claims Processing preferred.
