Specific projects include: Provide strategic/product management support such as strategic planning, pricing, process analysis, disclosures, communications, etc. Perform periodic reporting related to Cash Vault services. This includes daily review of reports to identify cash vault profiles that require updates. Based on assessment of competitive environment and customer need, review and recommend monthly ECR pricing changes to our ECR product manager. Support review and management of ECRs within the small business customer portfolio. Identify strategic opportunities to increase revenue, reduce costs, manage risk, and improve customer experience associated with our treasury management products used by small businesses. Attend periodic meetings to understand new or modified Treasury Management product standards and request input/approvals from line of business partners. Develop clear, compelling, summary level presentations to support the various initiatives of our Business Deposits product management team. These presentations may span topic areas, so the ability to quickly learn, ask good questions, and summarize information at an executive level is key. Required Qualifications 4+ years of product management or strategic planning experience Financial industry experience – such as a financial services company, fintech, or consulting company A BS/BA degree or higher Desired Qualifications Skilled in problem solving Strong business acumen: including financial analysis, profit modeling and business case development Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete work within deadlines Other Desired Qualifications: Excellent oral and written communications skills Team player, partner and collaborator Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
