Agency Expected Deliverables • To function in the stated capacity as defined under the scope of work, Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm daily • Punctuality and reliability are essential in this role • Excellent communications and customer service skills are essential • The ability to interpret customer technical issues and determine appropriate categories and relevant information for creating entries within the ITS service management system is essential The place of work that these staff will be required to work at is located at: 11331 W. Chinden Blvd, Building 8, Boise 83714 Specific Skills Required (Programming languages, databases, operating systems, etc.) • Strong skills in Microsoft Office products, Office 365, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel • Strong understanding of the use of the Windows Desktop operating system, Windows 7 and 10 • Strong understanding of Active Directory for account management and group memberships • Strong understanding of installing software requiring admin privileges • Good computer data entry skills • Good understanding and knowledge of Web Browsers, primarily Internet Explorer, Edge and Chrome   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
