The resource will be required to work collaboratively as p art of a team, as well as individually. In addition to on time completion of reoccurring tasks, candidate will need to effectively adjust priorities to fulfill one off tasks given to them by Program Management. The ideal candidate manages his/her time effectively, communicates clearly, asks related questions, and is a self-sufficient problem-solver. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are preferred. Recurring tasks will include support of program accounting and financials, conducting and organizing the program staffing, and ownership of small program specif ic projects. The resource is responsible for already establish processes, such as monthly invoice reconciliations, financial forecasting, quality assurance of r esource plans, employee time trackers, updating Program SharePoint, meeting organization with the client, and gathering specific artifacts for program success. In addition, this role requires managing the end to end staffing process by completing needed company and client paperwork, organizing interviews, attending wee kly staffing calls, and ensuring each new member is onboarded successfully. An effective candidate will be able accomplish these tasks on-time, in addition to, unforeseen daily needs of Program Management. A Program Analyst will be client-facing five days a week, and thus is expected to operate within both Capgemini and client standards. 40% Interact and assist Program Management 30% Support Program accounting and financials 15% Support program staffing 15% Drive program related projects Strong in MS Excel Will coordinate high volume of program activities. Will be owner of many program artifacts. Resource will interact with entire Program team (Program Managemenet, Project Managers, BSAs, Architects) and Client emplolyees at all levels.
