AccountCreate Implementation Project Manager

JOB SUMMARY: The AccountCreate Implementation Analyst will interface directly with our financial institution clients (banks and credit unions) to ensure understanding of options purchased; provide education and training to end users, via webex, in use of the Internet-facing product; facilitate the implementation process; and ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALITIES: The qualities that the Implementation Analyst would generally possess include the following:
• Knowledge and experience in the banking or credit union industry
• Proven client-facing skills
• Proven public presentation, training, documentation and facilitation experience
• Software implementation experience
• Superior problem solving skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and the software development life cycle
• Ability to work and be productive in a "matrix" organization structure
RESPONSIBILITIES: The role of the Implementation Analyst will vary depending upon client requirements at different stages of a project, but will encompass one or more of the following responsibilities:
• Work with clients to perform business process analysis and help them determine how best to use the product in their environment
• Gather and translate client business requirements for integration/customization with the AccountCreate product.
• Support the client through all phases of the implementation project
• Train and consult with new and existing clients through training classes in small and large group settings, as well as one-on-one product coaching and web-ex / Internet channels
• Monitor, update and revise curriculums, as directed and appropriate, to ensure training content is current and up-to-date
• Continuously update skills and industry knowledge to support training and related responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS: The Implementation Analyst will generally possess the following skills and experience necessary for the performance of the responsibilities defined above: bachelors degree in technical discipline, business communications, computer science or three years of work-related experience
• 3+ years experience performing business process analysis services (preferably in the financial industry)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel) and operational awareness of presentation equipment (preferably using a web training tool)
• Excellent writing and communication skills (both technical and non-technical).
• Willingness to travel (5-10%)
