Job Description : IT Business Analyst - Description: It is the nations second largest technical staffing and services form, is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support the Global Security IT Project Team with our client, an major energy corporation. The IT BA will participate in a global deployment of a new system for badge request, badge management, visitor management, and facility access management being developed and deployed in 2019. This position is slated to last until the end of 2019, and sits in San Ramon, CA. ----- Required Experience/Skills: 8-10+ years experience as an IT Business Analyst for system implementations (ERP or package software) required Bachelors Degree required - IT, Computer Science, Information Management Systems Experience with change management responsibilities as an IT BA required. Comfortable in a lead role, driving project deliverables, team activities and decision making required Exceptional ability to nurture customer relationships, working with business end users and serving as point of contact for project Ability to effectively work with both business and technical team members, providing clarity on business requirements when needed Experience working in a hybrid Agile/waterfall project environment required Familiar and comfortable with SharePoint required - document management, required IT BA experience required- gathering and documenting requirements; creating strategy, planning, organizing, and leading end user UAT; creating and distributing training materials; creating and distributing communications, stakeholder communication Experience utilizing MS Office Suite required Candidates local to Bay Area required Preferred Skills: Experience as an IT BA at a Big 5 consulting experience a plus Prior experience working at Chevron, understanding of the Chevron landscape preferred Experience utilizing MS Teams and Jira experience Education: Bachelors Degree required- IT, Computer Science, Information Management Systems Primary Job Responsibilities: Prepare for, facilitate and lead design workshops with technical, business and vendor team members Prepare for, facilitate solution and process design walkthroughs with stakeholders Prepare for, facilitate solution sneak peeks with stakeholders Create strategy, plan, organize and lead a global end user UAT Conduct usability testing and report on findings (NOTE: no prior experience needed) Create plan, prepare for and lead global deployment (working closely with Project Manager (PM) and Change Manager (CM)) Assist Change Manager with various deliverables (such as End User Quick Reference guides) as needed Serve as backup for PM and CM when OOO Travel Requirements: NONE Interview Process: Interviews will be conducted the week of 4/15/2019.
