Create, manage and monitor commercial lending feature enhancement requirements. Participate in feature design activities (e.g. design meetings, feature reviews, etc.) Participate in usability testing and review of features; facilitate usability input from internal and external clients. Contribute to Product Information repositories Assist with education and documentation for internal and external clients with new features and functionality. Review development designs for compatibility with feature requirements. Monitor, assess and prioritize outstanding testing issues for their impact to the release content, project internal release delivery dates. Provide recommendations to Product Management. Work closely with Sales Support to ensure they know how to demonstrate the most recent product information. Work closely with ACBS Consulting Services in providing guidance and assistance in the implementation of new product features. Work closely with Client Support Services in providing guidance and assistance in the implementation of new product features.
