Job Description Administrator: Windows Server, SQL, MS Office,

Client has an immediate need for a Windows System Administrator for a 1 year contract.

Perform duties of a Windows 2003 server administrator for the servers supporting the License Management services.
Maintain the functionality of license management systems (FlexNet & KeyServer)
Maintain & update License Management environments to automate alerts, reporting, log rotations and other administrative duties
Update license files as required
Update and/or make change to the license management implementation as required
Setup new applications/vendor license capabilities in the proper license management environment
Troubleshoot issues with licenses/applications and document resolution so that offshore team can also provide support
Key and package applications to be monitored or controlled by KeyServer
Generate license usage reports as requested
Communicate possible License Management outages to customers
Reporting of application inventory data in different formats to multiple levels of management
Develop qualitative quarterly reports using the collective input from the delivery managers
Report monthly/quarterly reports on Metrics and SLAs of the supporting vendors services
Assist handling desktop access management requests

Required skills:
5 years Windows Server administration
Advanced skills in SQL and integration of MS Office tools (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
License Management experience preferred
Managing data quality in any environment is a plus
Self starter, quick learner, self-managed, takes direction and willing to take the lead
Excellent oral and written communications.
