Ability to perform physical activity such as stooping, kneeling, reaching and cleaning of PC equipment Maintaining information databases. Compiling management information reports. Preparing presentation materials. Collaborating with various analysts to produce reports. Assisting others in performing their duties using varied tools such as Microsoft Office. Performing basic functions of a technical nature. Creating and maintaining organizational/project documentation. Providing support using application development utilities and workstation software. Perform minor coding and/or formatting changes to report files and web documents. Create and maintain scheduling templates for self and others. Work with other team members to share knowledge and experience as necessary. Service Manager Use Create new tickets as well as running reports Basic knowledge of and the ability to use major features and functions of the Internet/Intranet Browser (Some HTML) Ability to read, understand, document, resolve and/or follow State Farm incident handling procedures to resolve business partners problems. Perform inventory functions unique to the units function such as laptop check in/out, updating licensing databases and updating hardware and software databases including data entry. Willing to make adjustments to fluctuating workloads and priorities. Develop a working knowledge of systems documentation, procedures and the environment with its associated tools and utilities. May be asked to serve as a back-up for other component roles or tasks. Completing other duties as assigned. - Occasional work during non-standard hours as required by workload and function to be performed - Shift may vary based off the hours of coverage - Possible weekends Provides 24X7 on-call coverage for emergency situations Ability to support Corporate campus out buildings/remote locations Additional Skills Required: This position will include use of several software packages including, but not limited to: VISIO, MS Word, Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint, Primavera, Lotus Notes Collaboration Database, MS Outlook .
