Project Support Activities (i.e., Risks, issues, action item management; Meeting scheduling, facilitating, meeting minutes; Communications (end user, broadcasts, IT notifications); Monitor and report on project KPIs **** Mandatory Skills & Experience **** • 5 years experience in a Project Manager role managing IT Projects. • Must have experience conducting Vendor Implementation projects starting with Requestion for Proposal, into Contract Negotiations through Product Implementation. • Experience with a VOIP migration and other Network projects a major plus • Passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience • Demonstrated problem-solving skills including: identification of issues, obstacles and opportunities and development and implementation of effective solutions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, etc.) *** Position is Hybrid, minimum 2 days a week onsite.
